Odin were retained by Marriott’s Chartered Surveyors of Faringdon to assist in advising the landowners on the marketing and disposal of the 4 & 20 Business Park in Faringdon. The site is strategically located at the junction of the A420 (M4-M40 link) and the A417 at Faringdon in south-west Oxfordshire.

The site comprises a level site of 4.33 hectares (10.70 acres) with significant and visible frontage to both main roads. Formerly agricultural land, this site was identified in the 2011 Local Plan for B1 and B2 employment use and an outline planning application for the whole site was submitted in July 2008.

The site is now available to purchase as a whole or in smaller parcels.
