HELIOS / HELIOSLOUGH
HelioSlough Ltd is a Joint Venture company established in April 2004 by Helios Properties plc and Slough Estates plc to undertake the development of Distribution Warehouses larger than 100,000 sq ft throughout the UK.
Odin Estates Ltd was exclusively retained by Helios to act as Development Manager on the Radlett and Cardiff schemes.
Cardiff
ModalSwitch at Wentloog in Cardiff is a joint venture between Helioslough, the Welsh Development Agency and Cardiff County Council. It will offer a high quality logistics park in a superb location 4 miles from Cardiff City Centre. ModalSwitch can offer its own dedicated rail access to allow for the development of rail linked buildings.
There is outline planning consent for 435,000 sq. ft. of B2 and B8 uses.
Bespoke buildings can be delivered to suit occupier requirements from 30,000 sq. ft. upwards.
Radlett
The Radlett International Railfreight Terminal will be located on the old Radlett Aerodrome site adjacent to the M25. It will have its own dedicated Rail Freight Terminal and will offer in excess of three million square feet of development.
